Business Philosophy…


Many agent believe their most important job is satisfying the customer.  I don’t think that’s true.
I believe that satisfying the customer is meerly the minimum requirement to staying in business. 
As  a CRS (<4% of Realtors), I work constantly to improve my systems, services and technologies 
to go beyond the standard level of service provided my most agents.

As a certified ePRO professional (<5% of Realtors) I strive to meet the needs of the “connected consumer”.  As a home seller or buyer, you can bet that I’ll employ the most current technologies to successfully market your home or make your home search a profficient and thorough process.

    To earn the Certified residential Specialist (CRS) designation, every Realtor must  
    have significant experience and qualify with closed sales or gross volume, as well 
    as complete rigorous educational requirements.  The highest designation a Realtor 
    can earn (<4% or Realtors). 
 
   
    
   
With 1 in 7 homeowners facing financial hardship and possibly foreclosure,
     a CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) is a professional that has gone 
     through extensive training to understand the complexities when dealing with banks 
     and new laws designed to work with homeowners in distress.
 
 
 
      
      
Real Estate is evolving, and the new real estate professional must meet the needs
       of the “conected consumer” .  The ePRO designation is specifically designed to 
       keep me on top of changes to ultimately help my clients thrive in the world of    
       online real estate.

 

 

      The GRI curriculum incorporates a common body of knowledge for the
      progressive real estate professional.  A Realtor that earns the GRI  designation
      has completed a course of study required by the program, but also subscribes
      to the Code of Ethics of the National Association of Realtors.
